This is a Name Your Price download single in aid of Leeds Mind ( - all donations will go to them.

Leeds Mind is a mental health charity. It's almost cliche to say so, but mental health issues are STILL seen a taboo and are not openly discussed as much as they should be.

The first version of this song was written nearly 6 years ago on a particularly bad day. No big disaster, no terrible upset. Just waking up and being unable to move. Physically bound by a completely mental issue. Stuck in bed. Months and years of things come to a silent head.

It doesn't have to be someone stood on the roof of the building. I was lucky that I had someone incredibly understanding to stand by me. What about those that don't?

Leeds Mind have done good things for people and we're proud to help them out in anyway we can.
